Can I have a temporary domain name to use before I register my actual domain name?

Yes, you can set up the account with your domain name, then add a 'Development Domain' from the extras section of your package. Once the extra has been added to your account, you can add a 'Domain Alias' to your main domain in the control panel. This alias should be 'yourAccountName.web.arcadiahost.co.uk', pointing to your main domain.

This will allow you to preview your site at www.yourAccountName.web.arcadiahost.co.uk before pointing your main domain name at the account.
